The YO! Sushi website is the hub of all YO! Sushi's marketing efforts, with the YO! Love membership area now boasting over 100,000 members – not bad for a largely London-based chain.
YO! Sushi is intimidating for a number of reasons – chopsticks, Japanese language, a conveyor belt and an unusual pricing system, not to mention raw fish. To combat this, Story has developed in-restaurant inconography and plasma screen animations to inform and involve customers.
