Employing a traditional business journalism model for the publication, we produced features that focused on customers’ compelling personal stories.

    As a part of the Compass program, every customer received monthly emails updates pertaining to his or her particular field or industry. To do this effectively, we created a sophisticated yet cost-effective versioning plan that broke down the UPS audience into key segments, ensuring the information provided to each individual email was relevant to his or her business needs.
