  • Beer, Wine & Spirits 2.0 - Social Media Seminar

Learn how social media is helping alcohol brands cost effectively target the right audience - Thursday 25th March 2010

Marketing activities must deliver irrational customer loyalty

With traditional advertising struggling and businesses under severe pressure to control costs, finding new, cost-effective revenue streams is critical. And while savvy marketers are positioning themselves for when a sustained recovery takes hold, it’s crucial that any marketing activities produce results immediately.

The more people talk about a brand the more they buy.  Shouldn't you join the conversation?

Already social media is helping brands improve customer engagement and increase profits. Recently, for example, we built a raft of social media activity for Magners Irish Cider promoting their 'Irish folk music sessions', which outperformed their main website.

Led by Jim Boulton, our Deputy Managing Director and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the seminar will look at how blogs, social networking and other web 2.0 tools can help tell your brands story responsibly, get closer to your customers, drive loyalty and persuade them to buy.

Jim will lead us through the principles of successful social media marketing and review case studies that demonstrate how we’ve been able to help clients create communities and relationships and achieve a return on their marketing investment.

The free seminar takes place on Thursday 25th March, 9.30am-12pm at our Primrose Hill office, London.
