Jeff Skutnik

Despite his love of athletics, Jeff’s height of 5’4 made his early days on the volleyball court somewhat unpredictable. Then his height soared to 6’1”—and so did his prowess. As a junior at James Madison University, Jeff joined his team at the annual National Tournament. Expected to do no better than their entry position—25th of 60—the team climbed to a finalist three-game battle played in front of hundreds. Jeff still remembers the “phenomenal feeling” of leaving ranked as one of the top 10 teams in the nation.

After Jeff graduated, his life progressed, and his early love of athletics dissipated and morphed into a new love for travelling. So far, Jeff’s wanderlust has taken him to Frankfurt, Barcelona, Rome, Venice, Vienna and Prague. Regretful about leaving each foreign city, he dreams of going back to explore and travel the world.
