      • The new Oasis site was designed, using the latest social media insights, and offers users a much-enhanced online shopping experience. The site has been designed to suit all different types of online customer, allowing users to choose how they wish to shop, by enabling them to define their own overall search criteria and to refine this to best suit their requirements, as quickly and simply as possible.

        In response to customer feedback, particular attention has been paid to the streamlining of the purchasing and checkout process to further improve user experience. Customers can add items to their shopping baskets more easily than ever, with the newly introduced 'one-click' option, through which simply clicking on an item will automatically add it to the basket ready for checkout. The checkout confirmation page has also been simplified, making it very quick and simple for new and existing customers to process their orders.

      • The redeveloped site also captures the requirement from Oasis to provide their online customers with multiple entry points into sub-brands such as Oasis Jeans, Oasis Escape, Odille Lingerie and Floral Frocks by Oasis.

      • The Oasis Stores e-commerce website is built on a flexible and scalable framework, accommodating the ever-changing nature of fashion. The High Summer design inspired by highly saturated pinks and cobalt blues acts as an aspirational, fun and feminine shop window.

        The accompanying email marketing campaign, following the same look and feel, was also designed by Story.

      • It was our challenge to create a website that communicated the Oasis brand personality whilst giving campaign imagery and sub-brands room to breathe. Much like a style magazine we need to create a blank canvas to showcase ever-changing products, seasonal trends, casual wear, formal wear etc, but at the same time have key reference points to underline subliminally that Oasis is still the same brand that customers have come to love and trust.
