    Keith Blanchard joined Story Worldwide, New York, as North American executive creative director, a new post. He had most recently been vice president and director for programming at Kuma Reality Games as well as chief executive at Expanding Media and the editor and publishing of its Web site, thedailylowdown.com. Before that, Mr. Blanchard’s posts included editor in chief at Maxim magazine and online editorial director at Wenner Media.
